OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES“Caption This!”
1. SPONSOR: Ghost Walk Productions
a. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
b. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, actors and volunteers) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Ghost Walk Productions are not eligible to participate.
3. WHEN TO ENTER:
a. Contest will begin and participants may enter as soon as the announcement is made by Ghost Walk Productions. Contest will run from the time of the announcement on Monday, December 5, 2011 until 11:59 p.m. (EST) on Friday, December 9, 2011. Entries received after cut-off time will not be counted.
b. Announcement will be made on various social media sites, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and the Ghost Walk News blog.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
a. Participants will be asked to enter a caption for a photo chosen by Ghost Walk Productions.
b. Only one entry per person is allowed.
c. Entries must be posted to our blog Ghost Walk News. Entries posted on other social media sites will not be considered.
d. All participants are required to provide their first name and last name initial and a valid email address. This information will be used solely to contact the winner and will not be shared or distributed in any way.
5. HOW AND WHEN A WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED:
a. The staff of Ghost Walk Productions will read each caption and meet to decide on the entry we feel is best.
b. The winner will be announced on Monday, December 12, 2011 on the same social media sites used to make the contest announcement.
c. The winner will be notified via email on Monday, December 12, 2011 and given instructions on how to receive their prize. Winner will have one week (7 days) to respond to the email with a mailing address.
d. In the event a winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with contest rules, or does not claim his/her prize, an alternate winner will be selected at the discretion of Ghost Walk Productions.
a. There will be one prize given for this contest.
b. The selected winner will receive an Official The Farm coffee mug (valued at $8.00).
c. Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
a. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.
b. By participating in the “Caption This!” contest and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Ghost Walk Productions and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
